Colour Create Challenge #23~Blue & White (Option-Vintage)...

I'm in shock,I have just found out I have Swine Flu!
No wonder I have been feeling so poorly,it started on holiday & then when I got home it got worse.Paul looked the symptoms up on the NHS website & it all matched,an advisor rang me back & told me to contact my GP,who diagnosed Swine Flu.I should start to feel better after Monday,but it leaves you exhausted (tell me about it!).It could only happen to me,lol!!!

This card is for this weeks Colour Create challenge,using blue & white & the extra option of vintage,think I have managed both.
Image coloured with ProMarkers,paper is from QVC,rest from stash.

I ♥ ProMarkers 1st Challenge...

Hello Everyone!!!

This is my 1st DT card for the I ♥ ProMarkers,1st challenge,over on Facebook.

You have to follow the sketch provided (see above pic(middle)) & colour with ProMarkers,there is a fabulous prize to be won (see above pic (btm)).

The challenges are monthly,so plenty of time to join in,it would be great to see you over there.

My Geisha Anya image is coloured with the ProMarker colours that are in the prize,Rose Pink,Vanilla,Warm Grey1,Amethyst & Carmine (I also used Dusky Pink for skin).

Paper is Making Memories Olivia,doiley is from my hols in Turkey,they use them all the time, so I looked in the supermarket & managed to get 2 diff sizes,for about 70p a packet!!!

Passion For Promarkers #8~Gold & Ruby...

HELLO!!!
I'm back from my holiday & full of cold!!!
We had an amazing,realaxing 2 weeks of nothing but sunbathing,we didn't even bother with any trips,we just needed the break & it was great.
The day we went away we found out the house was sold,the buyer had her mortgage approved & the surveyor came out whilst we were away.
Got home on Saturday to be told the surveyor had down valued our house by £7,500 (due to other houses in the street selling cheap,as they belonged to old people & needed complete refurbs),BUT....my buyer still wants it & is doing what she can to raise the £7,500 by Friday (the est agents gave her until Friday to see if she is serious & so we are not hanging on wondering),so as you can imagine,it is driving us mad! We don't know if we should be looking at houses,making offers or what?!
Anyhoo!!! on to some good news,you may have noticed my flashy new DT badge in my side bar>>>,yup! I made it onto the I (heart) Promarkers DT over on Facebook,yeyyyy!!!!
Get ready for the first challenge tomorrow,it's sooo exciting!!!
The card I have made today is for the Passion For Promarkers challenge.I had to use Poppy instead of Ruby,as I don't have that colour (yet!),other colours used are,Gold,Blush,Ivory,Satin,Cinammon & Pine.

A quick update on the house...
The sale seems to be going through,we get letters most days from solicitors & deeds have been sent,so it looks promising.
We cannot find anything we like so far,so we might have to rent for a bit.
We go to Turkey on Friday for 2 weeks,Paul & I,can't wait!!!
I also go to the gym 6 times a week,inbetween all this my card making & blogging is last on the list, just at the mo,so please don't abandon me!!! :o)xxx

I used the the new Twiddly Wings downloads,priced at 99p each or £7.50 for the set of 9.
They are so nice to colour too,I used Promarkers.

Update On The House!!!...

The Estate Agents rang this morning,the buyers really,really wants our house & they are prepared to pay up,so the sale is going ahead!!!
Our Estate Agent said they are very confident this time & that we should start looking for houses!!!
We are still very wary, but it is looking promising,so house-hunting commences AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! :O)XXX

Pierre by Pollycraft...

Pierre is the new character over at Pollycraft & he is perfect for Fathers Day/Male cards.
There are 6 different downloadable images at 99p (no waiting for the postie!!!) & each one is brilliant.I have had fun colouring all 6 images ready to make cards with,so you will be seeing more of Pierre.
I used Promarkers to colur,paper is BG Granola,buttons are BG Archaic,card is Coredinations.

I just wanted to update everyone about the house (Thankyou to everyone who keeps asking),we have accepted a new offer about 2 weeks ago & then on Thursday they decided they wanted to reduce their offer by £7,000!!!,we told them to "go tickle!" & haven't heard anything since,so who knows,lol?!!!
This will be the 4th time it has sold now & we are getting used to their cheek!
Can't wait for my hols!!!

Passion For Promarkers #3~Cinnamon & Pumpkin...

I have made a chipboard bookmark for this weeks PFP challenge.
The image is the freebie SN stamp from this months Craft Stamper magazine,coloured with Promarkers,(Cinnamon for main body,Pumpkin for beak & feet & Sandstone for tummy & eyes).
Paper & jumbo eyelet are SU,ball chain & fastener are Tim Holtz,fab lil owl charm is from Frazzled Crafts.I also added Cinnamon stickles to the edges & glazed the owl.

I used another ballerina image!!! Coloured her with Promarkers,papers are BG Sugared & those amazing spacers & stunning ballerina charm were sent to me by Liz at Frazzled Crafts (Thanx xx),don't you just luv em?!,they are new in the shop along with loads more,(look for the cute owls!!!).Take a visit to the shop,you won't be disappointed,the service is super fast too.
